Producing Acreages

As a young and dynamic energy company, Summit Energy Services Limited began acquiring developed onshore crude oil assets in Trinidad in 2022. Located within the prolific Southern Basin, these assets have demonstrated reliable production performance, forming a strong foundation for our continued growth and operational success. In 2024, our net daily average production across all the crude oil assests was 110 barrels of oil per day (bopd). We are pleased to share a brief description below of our crude oil assets, all of which are held at 100% working interest.

South Palo Seco (SPS) Block 
The SPS Block was acquired in 2022 through a Farmout Agreement with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited (HPCL). Since acquiring the Block, SESL diligently surpassed the minimum work and production obligations by drilling two development wells. This effort has resulted in an impressive 400% increase in oil production.

New Dome (ND) Block
The ND Block was acquired in 2022 through a Farmout Agreement with HPCL. SESL achieved a notable 40% increase in oil production, despite challenges related to limited well availability, restricted space for rig movement/evaluation activities and proximity constraints to near residential areas, schools, business communities, roadways and watercourses. 

Palo Seco Block
The Palo Seco Block was acquired in 2023 and it operated via an Exploration and Production Licence with the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI). Since the acquisition, SESL has achieved over 300% increase in oil production. SESL remains committed to further optimizing production through drilling opportunities and innovative production methods.

CO-2 Block
The CO-2 Block was acquired in 2024 through a Lease Operatorship Agreement with HPCL. Our production achievement has been similar in CO-2 Block where we have achieved over 150% increase in oil production.
